The Hungarian NGO Heti Betevo ("Weekly Meal") was founded by professional chefs more than seven years ago. Every Sunday, they prepare hundreds of restaurant-quality meals with the help of volunteers. The food is usually handed out in central Budapest, near the restaurants where the meals are prepared, but due to strict rules introduced because of the coronavirus pandemic, the group has had to find new ways to help, using "sharing points" across the city to feed the homeless and those in need.
