The International Court of Justice (ICJ) is due to deliver a provisional relief ruling on January 26 calling for an immediate cease-fire in the Israel-Hamas conflict and the facilitation of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip. Hamas is considered a terrorist organization by the United States and the European Union. RFE/RL's Rikard Jozwiak explains what this means and what impact it might have.
