EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini has said that Iran and six world powers have agreed on "key parameters" of a comprehensive nuclear agreement that must be finalized by June 30. Reading from a joint statement in Lausanne, Switzerland, Mogherini said the negotiators have made a "decisive step" in the negotiations to curb Iran's nuclear program in exchange for easing sanctions on Tehran.
