French President Francois Hollande says France has four demands to end the Iranian nuclear crisis.
Hollande said on November 17 that Tehran must put all the Iranian nuclear installations under international supervision.
He also said it must suspend uranium enrichment to 20 percent.
Hollande's third demand was that Iran must reduce its existing stock of 20 percent enriched uranium.
And finally, Tehran must also halt construction of the Arak heavy water nuclear reactor.
Hollande spoke at a joint news conference with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem.
Netanyahu said a continuation, or even strengthening, of the sanctions on Iran, rather than relief, would produce "much better results" in negotiations.
Putin Sees 'Real Chance' At New Nuclear Talks
In related news, Russian President Vladimir Putin has told Iranian President Hassan Rohani that there is "a real chance" to resolve the long-running standoff over Iran's nuclear program.
The Kremlin said that Putin and Rohani spoke on the phone at Putin's request two days before a new round of nuclear talks between Iran six world powers -- the United States, Russia, China, Britain, France, and Germany -- begins in Geneva on November 20-23.
According to the Kremlin statement, Rohani praised Russia's efforts to help negotiate a settlement.
