Six people were killed and 40 wounded in the rocket and mortar attack early on February 9 on the refugee camp next to Baghdad's international airport.
UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon called on the Iraqi authorities to bring those responsible to justice.
The U.S. State Department condemned "in the strongest terms the vicious and senseless terrorist attack."
The camp houses members of Mujahedeen-e-Khalq, or MEK, the militant wing of an exiled Iranian opposition group.
The Iranians are being temporarily housed there until the UN finds them host countries.
The UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Antonio Guterres, also condemned the attack, noting those housed there are asylum seekers entitled to international protection.
