Thousands of people gathered in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, to protest against the execution of a prominent Shi'ite cleric by Saudi Arabia. There have been protests around the world after the death sentence was carried out on Nimr al-Nimr, a vocal critic of the Saudi government, on January 2.
