Biden Vows To 'Stand Up To Putin' In State Of The Union Address

In his State of the Union address to a joint session of Congress on March 7, U.S. President Joe Biden said that "democracy is under attack" in the United States and abroad and called on lawmakers to move forward on approving stalled military aid to Ukraine. He also spoke out against his main challenger, former President Donald Trump, for what he called "bowing down before a Russian leader."
