Islamic State Claims Responsibility For Attack On Minibus In Kabul

The Islamic State (IS) extremist group on November 7 claimed responsibility for the attack on a minibus in Kabul, the group said on Telegram. At least seven people were killed and around 20 injured in the explosion in a mostly Shi'ite neighborhood of Kabul. Khalid Zadran, spokesman for the Taliban's police headquarters in Kabul, confirmed the casualties on X, formerly Twitter, saying the explosion occurred in the Dasht-e Barchi neighborhood. In late October, the group also claimed responsibility for a deadly explosion in a sports club in the same neighborhood that also killed seven people.
