Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis said a trip he made to a "safe" part of Ukraine on March 15 was "bizarre," with normal life going on until alarm sirens sounded. Speaking in Prague to RFE/RL's Ray Furlong on March 17, he said, "Putin has to be defeated in Ukraine," resulting in the "end of Putinism."
