Moldova, Romania, and Ukraine have signed a joint cooperation agreement to combat Russian disinformation. The agreement was signed during a trilateral meeting of the three countries' foreign ministers in Moldova's capital, Chisinau, on July 5. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba told journalists after the meeting that Russia's "hybrid-war arsenal" is being used not only against Ukraine, which Moscow invaded in February 2022, but also against Moldova. The meeting between Kuleba and the Moldovan and Romanian foreign ministers, Mihai Popsoi and Luminita Odobescu, was the third trilateral gathering since 2022.
