Montenegrin PM Djukanovic: NATO Offer Need Not Harm Ties With Russia

When NATO extended a membership offer to Montenegro on December 2, it provoked angry warnings from Moscow against the alliance's continuing expansion. But Montenegrin Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic says his country's ties with Russia don't have to suffer as it moves toward joining NATO. In an interview with Sabina Cabaravdic of RFE/RL's Balkan Service, Djukanovic said that Russia already has many "friends" within the alliance.
