A well-known anti-Putin protester has been detained again in Moscow, this time following his return from Ukraine. Police arrested Roman Roslovtsev after he appeared on September 27 in Red Square with a sign, saying "I Am Not Afraid Of 212.1!" That refers to a law that went into effect last year which criminalizes repeated violations of rules on public gatherings. (RFE/RL's Russian Service)
