NATO leaders will meet in Washington on July 9-11. The war in Ukraine will again dominate discussions amid a push for the organization to send more weapons and to take a more formal role in aiding Ukraine. But elections in France and a potential return to power by Donald Trump will also be on the minds of delegates. RFE/RL's Rikard Jozwiak reports.
