Obama Says Russia Sanctions To Remain

U.S. President Barack Obama said sanctions on Russia would remain in place until the Kremlin fully implemented the Minsk agreements on bringing peace to eastern Ukraine. Ukraine and Western governments accuse Russia of intervening military in eastern Ukraine and supporting armed separatists there, which Russia denies. (Reuters)
