OSCE Summit Split Over Attendance Of Russia's Lavrov

The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) opened its annual summit in North Macedonia on November 30. But the attendance of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has sparked a rift among member states as Moscow continues its full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Four nations, including Ukraine, have boycotted the summit, but Austrian Foreign Minister Alexander Schallenberg defended the participation of his Russian counterpart.
