Pakistan's Malala Makes 'Time' Magazine's Most Influential List

Malala Yousafzai, the Pakistani schoolgirl who was shot by the Taliban for campaigning for girls' education is among the 100 most influential people in the world, according to the "Time" magazine.

The 15-year old was shot in the head in October by Taliban attackers while she was on her way from school in Pakistan's Swat Valley.

She now lives in Britain where she was brought for treatment, including skull surgery.

She has been nominated for this year's Nobel Peace Prize.

Also on the list was Roya Mahboob, the first female CEO in Afghanistan.

"Time" magazine's annual list includes outstanding personalities in the arts, business, and politics.

U.S. President Barack Obama appears on the list for the eighth time, and his wife Michelle Obama, was also included.
