Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has made a conditional offer to his Indian counterpart for talks on all outstanding issues, including disputed Kashmir. Sharif said in a TV interview on January 17 that his message to his counterpart would be "Let's sit down at the table and have serious and sincere talks" on all issues.
