Prayers Held In Greece For Slain Pakistani Immigrant

About 150 members of Greece's Pakistani community gathered outside Athens City Hall to say prayers for a Pakistani man who was stabbed to death by suspected right-wing extremists.

The crowd was joined by a handful of Greeks as it paid its respects on January 19 to 27-year-old Shahzad Luqman, who was killed two days earlier.

Labor unions, antiracism activists, and soccer fan clubs have called for a demonstration against racism in the capital.
