Poland will not allow a Russian delegation attend a meeting of the world's largest security body in Europe next month, the country's Foreign Ministry said on November 18. Spokesman Lukasz Jasina replied in the affirmative when asked whether Moscow was being refused access to the December meeting in central Poland of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), of which Russia is a member.
