Polling Stations Open For Kosovo's Early Parliamentary Elections

Kosovars are going to the polls on October 6. Snap voting is taking place after Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj resigned in July in reaction to a subpoena received from a war crimes tribunal in The Hague. The first voter in the capital, Pristina, was Central Election Commission chief Valdete Daka.
