Qaddafi Spokesman Reportedly Captured

Libya's government spokesman Moussa Ibrahim was reportedly captured dressed as a woman outside Qaddafi's hometown of Sirte.

The spokesman for ousted Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi is reported to have been captured.

Commanders from Libya's interim rulers, the National Transitional Council, (NTC), said Moussa Ibrahim had been caught late on September 29 close to Qaddafi's hometown of Sirte.

They said Mousa had been dressed as a woman.

Ibrahim was the public voice of the Qaddafi regime until NTC fighters overran Tripoli in August.

The news of his capture came as Libyan interim government forces recaptured the airport in Sirte, amid mounting concern for civilians trapped inside the besieged city.
