Blasts At Arms Depot Shake Russia's Tver Region During Ukrainian Drone Attack

Massive explosions and a huge fire tore through Russia's Tver region, west of Moscow, early on September 18. The region's governor said debris from a downed drone had struck an arms depot, but a Ukrainian military expert said the warehouse had been successfully targeted. Ukrainian drones were reported in several other Russian regions in attacks that Russian officials said they had repelled.
