Russia-imposed police in Ukraine's Moscow-annexed Crimea have detained Crimean Tatar activist Abdureshit Dzhepparov after searching his home on April 25, the Crimean Solidarity human right groups says. The reasons for the search and detainment remain unclear. Dozens of Crimean Tatars have been sentenced to lengthy prison terms by Russian authorities on extremism charges since then. To read the original story by RFE/RL's Crimea.Realities, click here.
