The director-general of the Moscow printing house where 17 people were killed in a fire on August 27 has turned himself in.
The Investigative Committee's Moscow Department said on September 5 that Sergei Moskvin is currently cooperating with investigators.
The committee said on September 2 that Moskvin and the printing house's fire safety engineer, Anton Yatskov, had been added to the federal wanted list.
Both were charged in absentia with violations of fire-safety regulations.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Russian authorities would conduct a thorough investigation and that all of those found to be responsible for the tragedy would be held accountable.
Three Russian citizens and 14 Kyrgyz migrant workers, all women and one of whom was pregnant, were killed in the blaze.
