A Russian court on April 27 ordered a journalist for the Russian edition of Forbes magazine, Sergei Mingazov, to be placed under house arrest. Mingazov was detained by police in the Far Eastern city of Khabarovsk on April 26 on charges of spreading false information about the Russian military. He faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted. To read the full story by RFE/RL's Russian Service, click here.
