Russia's counterterrorism agency says it has arrested four suspects in Ingushetia that it says are linked to the Islamic State (IS) militant group.
The National Counterterrorism Committee said on May 21 that the four were suspected of planning terrorist attacks against government officials, police, and Muslims who reject the IS militants' extremist views.
The four suspects -- all residents of Ingushetia -- were arrested during a raid in the region by security forces who also discovered self-made explosive devices, grenades, and assault rifles.
