Power Cut, 'Bomb Threat' Disrupt Khodorkovsky Speech

Supporters of Mikhail Khodorkovsky and his pro-reform Open Russia project held a conference in St. Petersburg on December 7, where the prominent Kremlin critic delivered a speech by video link. While Khodorkovsky spoke, the electricity went off in the conference room and police tried to dismiss the guests, first with warnings of a bomb threat and then with blaring sirens.
