Nine people were injured, including a 4-year-old child, in Russian missile attacks on the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv on January 23. A Russian S-300 rocket hit the roof of a scientific institution in the city. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy vowed a strong response to the latest wave of Russian missiles that hit Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities, killing 18 people and wounding more than a hundred.
