A Russian naval vessel has evacuated over 300 people of various nationalities from Yemen's port city of Aden.
A Defense Ministry official said the evacuees included 45 Russians, 18 Americans, five Britons, and 159 Yemenis, as well as citizens of other Middle Eastern and former Soviet states.
They were expected to arrive in Djibouti later on April 12.
Meanwhile, the Russian Embassy in Yemen told Interfax that two Russian planes have flown 350 people, including Russian citizens and foreign nationals, from Yemen's capital, Sanaa, to Moscow on April 12.
Countries have been evacuating their citizens from Yemen after Huthi rebels overran large swaths of the country, which has led to Saudi Arabia-led air strikes.
