Russia's financial watchdog, Rosfinmonitoring, on November 16 added three of Kremlin critic Aleksei Navalny's lawyers -- Vadim Kobzev, Igor Sergunin, and Aleksei Lipster -- to its list of extremists and terrorists, meaning that Russian banks must freeze their accounts and stop providing them with services. The three were taken into custody last month for allegedly participating in an extremist community because of their association with Navalny and his foundation fighting corruption.
