For Some Russians, Stalin 'Didn't Kill Enough People'

Russia has witnessed the revival of Josef Stalin's personality cult in recent years, with new monuments to the Soviet leader reappearing in cities where they were once torn down. In Novosibirsk, residents are collecting signatures to have their own Stalin monument installed in the city center. Supporters told RFE/RL's Russian Service that they don't consider Stalin a dictator -- and some said that the killings and mass deportations of his regime did not go far enough.
