Crimean Tatar Leader: Putin Will Help 'Wake Up Russia Sooner'

Refat Chubarov is the head of the Mejlis, the executive council of the Crimean Tatar people. In an interview with RFE/RL's Ukrainian Service in Prague, he said that certain steps taken by Russian President Vladimir Putin -- which he called "catastrophic" -- could serve as a wake-up call to Russian society.
