Memorial To Victims Of Dnipro Attack Torn Down In Moscow

Authorities in Moscow have torn down a makeshift memorial to Ukrainian victims of the deadly January 14 Russian missile strike on an apartment block in Dnipro that killed at least 46 people. Police are said to have detained four people at the memorial. The flowers, candles, and toys, as well as a picture of the destroyed apartment building, were all removed. A police van is said to have been brought in to monitor the area.
