Ukraine Says Ready To Take Russian Refugees From Kursk

As Russia announced a new wave of evacuations amid fighting in its Kursk region, Ukraine said it was ready to take in Russian refugees. A member of the Ukrainian parliament told RFE/RL, "They need help and they can receive it."
