Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said more prisoners had been captured in his country's advance into Russia's Kursk region on August 19, as Moscow said that a third bridge had been damaged by Ukrainian attacks there. Meanwhile, Ukraine has announced the mandatory evacuation of women and children from its eastern town of Pokrovsk, as Russian forces advanced toward it.
