A missile attack on a restaurant in Ukraine’s Russia-occupied city of Lysychansk killed Moscow-installed Emergency Minister Aleksei Poteleshchenko over the weekend, Russian media reports said on February 5. Russian officials accused Ukraine of targeting civilian buildings in Lysychansk, adding that, in all, 28 persons, including a child were killed in the attack. Ukrainian authorities in the region of Lysychansk said the restaurant’s bakery had produced bread for Russian troops invading Ukraine and its premises were used for meetings by occupying Russian officials.
