The missile attack in Khmelnytskiy coincided with a massive attack on energy infrastructure across Ukraine.
President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said the assault across Ukraine involved 150 drones and missiles and appealed again to Ukraine's allies to speed up deliveries of critically needed ammunition and weapons systems.
