Russian Man Gets Lengthy Prison Term On High Treason Charge

A court in Russia's Far East has sentenced a local man to 12 1/2 years in prison on a high treason charge, the Federal Security Service (FSB) said on December 15. According to the FSB, Vyacheslav Mamukov, a resident of the city of Khabarovsk, was handed the prison term after a local court found him guilty of planning to pass "classified data linked to transport infrastructure" to Ukraine for financial award.
