The Serbian government has signed a 99-year lease allowing a company owned by Jared Kushner to turn a former Yugoslav Army headquarters in Belgrade into commercial space. Kushner, Donald Trump's son-in-law, has released few details about the project, but some in Belgrade are questioning the propriety of offices and residences being built into a structure bombed by NATO in 1999 and designated as a monument.
