Serbian President Makes Rare Visit To Kosovo

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic started a two-day visit on September 8 to northern Kosovo, which is mainly populated by ethnic Serbs. Vucic's visit comes amid speculation of a territorial exchange between Kosovo and Serbia in an effort to help normalize relations, a precondition for the two countries to join the EU.
