Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy met with leaders of Western Balkan countries at a February 28 summit in the Albanian capital, Tirana. Both Zelenskiy and his co-host at the summit, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, called for unity in the face of security threats and spoke about the possibility that Russia could threaten to destabilize other countries beyond Ukraine.
