Russia says two of its servicemen have been lightly wounded in the northern Syrian city of Aleppo.
The Defense Ministry says the soldiers were wounded on November 4 by rebel shelling of a corridor intended to evacuate rebel fighters from besieged areas of the city.
There was no threat to the soldiers' lives, the ministry added.
The Syrian regime and allied Russia have declared a 10-hour cease-fire in Aleppo to allow rebels and civilians to leave eastern Aleppo via eight designated corridors.
However, reports said there was little sign that civilians or rebels were heeding calls to leave.
The rebels have rejected the truce, and vowed to continue fighting to break the siege.
A similar three-day unilateral cease-fire in October ended with only few people leaving eastern Aleppo, where around 250,000 people remain trapped.
