Ceremonies have been held in a number of countries hit by the Indian Ocean tsunami that killed more than 200,000 people in 2004. In Thailand, people came to lay flowers at a memorial wall in the fishing village of Ban Nam Khem. In Indonesia, the official memorial service was held in Banda Aceh, the capital of the worst hit area in Aceh province, where at least 168,000 people were killed. (Reuters)
