Trump Says U.S. Will Withdraw From Paris Climate Accord

President Donald Trump announced that the United States will withdraw from the Paris climate agreement, saying it puts "draconian financial and economic burdens" on the country. In a speech in the Rose Garden at the White House on June 1, Trump said he was following through on a pledge he made during the presidential campaign. He also said he would try to negotiate a better deal on combating climate change which would be more beneficial to the United States. (AP)
