Republican presidential candidate, Donald Trump, said he would seek to improved relations with Russia if he is elected to the White House. In a major foreign-policy speech on April 27, Trump said he believed it is "absolutely possible" to ease tensions with Moscow if Washington approaches the relationship "from a position of strength."
