Police in Turkey detained at least 15 people suspected of links to the Islamic State (IS) extremist group as part of a major security sweep on July 27.
Turkish media reported that the suspects, including several foreign nationals, were detained in early morning raids in Ankara's Haci Bayram neighborhood.
The reports did not give details of the foreigners' home countries.
Meanwhile, at least 19 people with links to the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) were arrested in the southeastern city of Adiyaman, the pro-government Yeni Safak daily said.
Turkey has been carrying out air strikes against IS targets in Syria and Kurdish rebel positions in northern Iraq since July 24.
Broadcaster CNN Turk said more than 800 suspected IS and PKK members had been arrested in the past week in a domestic crackdown carried out alongside the air strikes.
At Ankara's request, NATO will hold emergency talks on July 28 to discuss Turkey's security operations against both the IS group and the PKK.
