Oleksandr Foshchan is a coordinator at Army SOS, a Kyiv-based civic group that raises funds to buy basic supplies for the Ukrainian military. His organization has delivered hundreds of high-grade bulletproof vests and other pieces of nonlethal equipment to a National Guard base in Novi Petrivtsi north of the Ukrainian capital.
