Residents of the eastern Ukrainian city of Avdiyivka spoke to RFE/RL on March 27 about the aftermath of shelling that hit residential buildings, blowing out windows and doors, destroying houses and civilian infrastructure. People who remain in the city face dire conditions, with heating, running water, and electricity disrupted.
