Ukraine's 2S7 Pion self-propelled artillery pieces are engaging with Russian forces in the Donetsk region. Because of their long range -- 37.5 kilometers -- they are used to attack enemy artillery, command posts, ammunition depots, electronic warfare stations, and other important targets. The 2S7 Pion packs the biggest punch in the Ukrainian artillery arsenal with 203-millimeter shells.
