Pro-Russian separatists in southeast Ukraine released four out of eight monitors from the Organization for the Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) captured over a month ago. Four observers from Switzerland, Turkey, Estonia, and Denmark were brought by heavily armed rebels early June 27 to a hotel in downtown Donetsk, where they were handed over to their colleagues.
